Idaho’s heritage involves people, places, buildings and much more.  History and its preservation foster a sense of place and connect us all to the past in order to inspire, educate and provide perspectives for the future.  The Heritage Partners is a coalition of separate statewide organizations, with distinct and unique missions that have come together to complement each other’s efforts in a dynamic consortium.  We collaborate to ensure that Idaho’s heritage is protected for future generations.

The Idaho’s Heritage Conference was organized by the Heritage Partners to bring statewide partners together in a cross discipline conference setting that would allow for collaboration, inspiration, and networking.  As the conference builds momentum towards a statewide heritage network of partners, the collaboration in planning and organization of the conference has also expanded.  Partner organizations from the regional area have joined in the collaboration and planning of this years Idaho’s Heritage Conference.
